Telephone ordering was available Monday through Saturday from 10:30 am- 4 pm CDT. Unfortuneately, once again, we received too many credit card problems when taking information by phone - wrong addresses, unauthorized third parties, etc/. that required extensive research and bookkeeping for us and created more work and thus became costly for us. Even though we asked to not use the tel # to expedite or inquire about online orders, - it is dedicated for telephone ordering only, we would receive telephone calls right after people placed an online purchase asking for delivery confirmation numbers etc. We just were not equipped with enough people and computer systems to handle immediate requests like this So once again, we ask that you use PayPal for ordering.
